1. Cross members
A. (completely) coated in order to retard rust.
B. 12" on center
C. (4) 3/8" grade 5 bolts at each cross member. Competition has 2 grade 3 huck bolt which are expensive to repair.
D. Trailers are built first with solid walls then the doors are cut in. This guarantees the trailer will stay square.
E. Styrofoam backing behind the logistic post to firm the walls.

 

2. Floors
A. Undercoated at flooring plant to prevent swell and heaving.
B. Steel plate over complete tandem so water from tires doesn’t soak floors.
C. Computer driven machines put in screws. They are set off evenly to properly distribute the weight.

 

3. Aluminum has mylar tape to stop electrolysis.
4. Hinges are stainless and have stainless posts so door doesn’t stick. The door can be opened with your little finger.

 

5. Belly boxes are 222 cubic ft.
A. Recessed to prevent excess damage.
B. Door are solid core not hollow.
C. Floors are made with a steel frame and a
fiberglass floor for extra strength and durability.
D. Hinges are stainless for long wear with no rust.
E. Latches are stainless steel.
F.

100” through clearance for more versatility.

G. Wires and air lines are in a position where they can be serviced.
H. 45 degree leading edge to prevent front damage.
I. Wires are in conduit as opposed to exposed.
J. They are bolted on for quick replace. While you fix the belly box, your trailer is out making money.
K. The box is 13" high X 20’ long, not 12" X 17’ long.

 

6. Stainless steel radius corners increase fuel mileage and don't rust. The competition has steel corners which are heavier. This trailer weighs 17700 lbs.
7. We use a steel alloy that is lighter and stronger.
8. Panels are flat to reduce drag.
9. The roof bows are pre-bonded to the roof to prevent separation.   Separation causes roof flex and subsequent cracks.
10. Trailer is made from the best universal parts that can be purchased at trailer parts warehouses throughout the country. This will reduce your repair cost and down time significantly. Call us for parts suppliers in your area.


11. Side doors
A. Have recessed handles and stainless steel pans to prevent rust, paint peeling, and electrolysis.
B. Side doors are 72" doubles instead of 52". This allows you to also load vaults.
C. Hinges are stainless steel.
D. Pins are stainless steel.
E. Doors are staggered so the trailer can double as a pallet-side.
F. The inside of the doors have a 1/16” plastic separator another protector from electrolysis.

 

12. Rear doors are solid core ¾” plymetal not hollow aluminum sheet.
13. Rear frame is polished stainless steel, with a stainless steel enclosure.
14. We use crome rear lights, not steel housings.
15. Stainless steel tiebacks and holdbacks to prevent electrolysis and rust.
16. We take trade–ins.

 

17. Upper Coupler
A. We have set up a drainage system in the kingpin area to prevent the rusting of the upper coupler.
B. Reinforced front pick-up plate; competition has none.

 

18. The units are made square, then we cut in the doors, as opposed to making the wall with holes.
19. Front rail is bolted for easy repair instead of welded.
20. Tires are Michelin.

 

21. Trailer
A. Lights are L.E.D. - these lights have no bulbs. They are light emitting diodes. These lights are 4 times more expensive than the lights of our competitors'. Water can get into these lights and they will still work. In a recent test we drilled a hole in a light and it remained illuminated.
B. Inside lighting installed over doors. Now you have light where you’re working.
C. When the lights are on, a safety light is illuminated on the outside front of the trailer.
D. Inside lights are recessed to prevent damage.

 

22. Trailer cubic feet is 4234.6
A. Inside dimensions:
step deck 133”l x 99”w x 107 3/8
B. Drop is 11 ¼”
C. 120.5” at the rear.

 

23. 16” long heavy duty, integral rear dock impact plate attached to rear cross-members and lower rail. Reduces damage to lower rail and rear panels.
24. Axles are 25000#.
25. The trailer has twice as many rivets.
26. Over the wheels on the btm rail, we have 32 bolts, the competition has 8 total bolts on the bottom rail. Competition 121 AAPEX 270.
27. The trailer only weighs less than the competition.
28. When using a translucent roof we plywood the sides, not the center. This gives you more light and protects the inside wiring.
29. Trailers are run through a water pressure system to check for leaks
30. 5 year warranty on parts failures and labor.
